Solid final session, hit openers for a few singles. They felt easy and moved well, probably didn't try too hard on the squat, bench I put a little more effort in but not a fight. Usually this kind of workout always has the weights feeling harder/slower than they should because I know it's supposed to be "easy" and I'm not putting in 100%, but today felt pretty damn solid. Feeling very good at this point.
