Leg Extensions 4x8

Did all 5 backoff sets today. Overall felt much better, the humidity has broken some so the gym was more comfortable. Squats felt better technique wise than last week, especially on the backoffs each set felt felt better and better as my technique improved faster than I fatigued. At set 4 I could feel the fatigue creep in and the last two were tough but manageable. CG felt light years better than last week, much less shoulder pain with the technique adjustments
