only chose these weights since i only had one session left before my vacation. otherwise would've been much more conservative. the leadup to this session was literally:
session 1. pause sumo 160 kg x 5 x 5
session 2. chain sumo 165 kg x 3
session 3. chain sumo 170 x 5 x 3
session 4. chain sumo 185 x 5
session 5. chain sumo 200 x 2, 210 x 1

way too fast and optimistic a progression...
