Mild lumbar tweak. Lower back sensitive after intensity day. Then fell down stairs and nearly broke ass on every step. Sigh of relief when no immediate pains.

TFW feel jolting horizontal lumbar pain when bent over clipping toe nails. Focus on upperbody until back feels gud.
