The set where I failed probably had the cleanest reps but I got tired and lost focus. Reps got better when I remembered how to dip, otherwise I was mostly focusing on launching and locking out which helped a lot because these are weights I tend to be pretty sluggish at ESPECIALLY coming back after a long break. So that's cool.
