AH jeez you guys I'm really bad at consistency. Ended the week skipping out on active recovery stuff and taking an extra 2 days off because I easily adapt to laziness. I mean tbh I was also binging on the Inheritance Trilogy by NK Jemisin; IT WAS QUITE GOOD (side note: in the 2nd book's acknowledgments I found out the author is an anime fangirl and suddenly all the tentacle sex and yaoi OTPs made sense). Since I am prone to distraction I guess I'm going to have to log my boring training every day SORRY.

Kylie decided to be my workout partner today and it helped a lot.
