A three pound PR WAS EXPECTING BETTER FOR HOW MUCH FATTER I AM
Pulling 140+ didn't even feel very heavy but I was definitely fatigued and fucking up 137 repeatedly certainly didn't help.
A frustrating PR. I should give myself more grace but when I say it out loud it sounds like muhexcuses -- had a big shindig at work yesterday, ended up feeling really tired and sick at the end of it and was in bed by 9:30pm without enough food or water, then woke up at like 12:30 and couldn't sleep for 5 hours then slept for another 3. Napped another 2 this afternoon. Not the greatest preparation. I should be happy but I expected more from the work I put it. I should be less Negative Nancy BUT I AM JUST HUNGRY FOR MORE OK.
