I did some hammy prehab before these work sets because my left ham was feeling tight again and making me insecure about these worksets. I think the fatigue affected how well I could keep my knees out because DAMN on rep 2 without fail my knees would just completely (OK I exaggerate) buckle. I did 155x5x3 pretty well last week so it's either the ham work and/or giving my legs extra rest...probably the former idk.
