Tonight I unlocked a Jerk Medallion: keep your damn arms relaxed so your legs can do the fuckin work you big dummy.
I know for a fact that I have been specifically told this at least once but I guess I didn't realize that by trying so hard to point my elbows down and tighten my back that I'm loading up my arms too much. Keeping shit relaxed is way less expended energy and way better power transfer, too.
