Single arm hammer rows + chest supported rows

Almost had a triple @ 675, the platform had a divet that bounced the bar forward in between reps and my lower back just ran out of gas readjusting by the 3rd. I moved the bar and the backoffs felt great. Worked up to a fatigue single in the squat. 585 was a grind but moved consistently. I felt like I got my hips under well.
