I knew I was fatigued from the last couple weeks and this session would be hard. My plan was to do a top set of 4 at 606 then 3x2-3 on backoffs. The first set, first rep felt great but I lost it on rep two, I think I got a little light headed mid rep and paused. I got it on the second set but it was tough, so were the last two sets, and the single my mid back rounded at the bottom and I didn't get as low as I wanted. Frustrating that the technique wasn't on point but I know fatigue can fuck with my squat so I need to keep a level head about it.

Bench went really well though!
