Saw Kirsten today about the glute, she says it's likely a strain of a hamstring tendon but everything seems fine regarding inflamation, etc. She gave me a couple drills to work on.

The squats moved well, didn't go crazy on the stimulants and had no lightheadedness issues. But right glute was a little tender on the 551 warmup so I played it safe and didn't go crazy
