Pull-ups 45x2x8

I tweaked my left knee a little on Friday. I'd actually forgotten about it but felt it warming up for squats. I was cautious but it seemed to feel alright. On my top single I got hit again with some lightheadedness, this is getting really frustrating. The rep wasn't quite as deep and fast as I'd like, one more session to clean this up. The dizziness seemed fine on the backoff sets, hit triples over 600 to good depth today so that was an improvement over last week.

Benching felt good, second set felt perfect. 3rd set wasn't quite as good and was more of a struggle, but overall good pressing.
