Arrived in Fengyuan, where I'll stay for my final two weeks in Taiwan. Also finally found a nice, cheap gym.
I'll temporarily be training based on RPE until I'm up to basic strength.

My left shoulder has been acting up for the last months, and started when I stopped training. There's an inbalance causing my left lat to hurt. Proper warmup and mobility excercises are needed. Maybe incorporate more shoulder presses in program later?

No idea about BW.
