i can press again!!! it's been 2.5 months since my wrist sprain. resting didn't work so one week ago i started stretching aggressively. i did 5 sets of 1 minute front rack holds with 10-30 kg. first time i could only do 1 minute, and it was extremely painful. next time i could do up to 2m30s for my longest set. slightly less painful, and i'm losing sensation in my hand towards the end. third session: 3min, and that time i could for the first time press the barbell. 4th session (today): 4minutes, andi could press with a full grip! and could do 60 kg :)
