Focused on pushing my hips back at the start of the ascent. Worked well.

I owe this record to the SBD knee sleeves - I don't think I would've gotten it sleeveless. Then again, I wore Rehband knee sleeves last year, so maybe the difference isn't that big.

My lower back kinda went to snap city last time I squatted, which was probably since I decided to wear a belt (and a shitty canvas belt at that) for my first workset, without warming up with it and never having worn it before. Didn't wear a belt today and everything felt fine.

It was foolish of me to go into this workout. I strained my neck yesterday and my neck has been very painful since then, giving me trouble sleeping. I also haven't squatted in about a week which should've detrained me. But I was so eager to squat again that I went in anyway, and thankfully I didn't hurt myself.
