The birthday squats weren't as hard as I thought (especially judging by the warmup), but not very pleasant. Could've gone on to 40 reps I think.

Arms started tingling after about 15-20 reps and my lungs started burning. Got a bit of a cough afterwards.

Experimenting with different stances. Wide sumo feels pretty good actually. Pushing knees out, and pulling with tension in my hamstrings (like an sldl) feels good.
