Awesome last work-out before Japan!

First 500 lbs deadlift (with a cheaty suit) and first time putting 100 kg overhead! Also a little bench PR and I surprised myself by pressing 80 kg for a set of two after doing very little pressing in the last few months.





the inside of my right quad by my knee has been twitching involuntarily for a week. i'm guessing the heavy pause squat, the squat set of 10, and the snatches were slighly bad for the knee.

half suit, no belt, hook grip. got awful blisters all over my hands trying to put the suit on

used ipf bar and four red bumpers. my stance was slightly wider than my usual sumo stance: feet just inside the rings, and i angled my feet out more

all the deadlifts, from 170 kg, felt very heavy and it was only when i watched it on video that i saw how easy they were. each pull feels kinda dangerous for my back, and i feel i can't keep my back entirely straight, even though it looks pretty straight on video
