why i'm doing a pyramid:
1. i want to focus on doing legit pauses with my working weight
2. even a double is a pr so i'm fine with only getting that and not the triple following
3. lately my third workset has been the best so it makes sense
4. going down in reps after the triple in order to get even longer pauses

focusing on pulling the slack out of the bar (hence why i'm using a deadlift bar) before i pull, and to keep my upper back position
