went in to do my squats today that i skipped out on yesterday. felt dizzy and tired and sweaty again. i'm gonna blame it on the nocco (180 mg caffeine) i drank. maybe just caffeine tablets or nothing will be the way to go in the future?

legs parallel to floor and raising my back from the floor as far as possible with a bar on my neck.
