finally got 180 kg x 5! :)

first two reps were great. fastest i've ever pulled 180 and excellent technique.

i let the bar roll too far in front of me on the last 3 reps which made the reps kinda ugly. i think i rounded a bit to compensate. also on these reps i twisted my hips (right hip goes forward), which might have to do with my "wiggling setup":

reverted to "wiggling" into position as i did in the cycle before my last comp rather than "leaning back"/pulling/scooping. seems much easier to get into position. i'll continue this but maybe slow it down so i don't start pulling while i'm still rotating my hips
