water cut went well! drank much more water than usual on monday-thursday and less water than usual on friday. also made sure to eat stuff with no fiber on friday: fiskgratäng, kvarg, halvliter glass, hawaiipizza.

last week my morning weight was 101 kg. this week it was (on successive days): 99.7, 99.2, 99.3, 98.5, 97.35.

drack en liter kokosvatten och åt nästan en hel ostkaka (90% av 600 gram - spydde nästan av min sista tugga så jag slänge resten)

had about 7 hours of sleep

tog 200 mg koffein i tabletter en timme innan lyftningen började, och drack en halv celsius (så 100 mg koffein till) efter andra bänkförsöket

got tired as hell a couple of hours after the competition
