lots of experimentation today. i like my toes just inside the rings and my feet angled out a lot (70 degrees?). i like belt better than not. start by hanging over the bar a bit, take a big breath into my belly and lean back to get the bar just off the ground. mixed makes me feel crooked (twisting my upper body clockwise), but hook or not the right side of the bar always comes up last. i need to focus on arms down and back as i initiate otherwise i become too crooked.
