slowest rep of my life! 84 kg x 5 kg is a huge PR. i was only going for 4 but the 4th was so smooth i attempted another and it turned into a 9 second grinder (beating my previously longest grind of 8 seconds, also on an ohp)

Squats felt great today. Could probably have done 10 reps today. Didn't take super long rests. 6-8 minutes. Went atg on the last set and it actuallt felt better than the other sets
