my right shoulder started hurting quite a bit by the night and the next day. probably the 132 kg bench attempt or the following two bench sets. didn't feel anything too bad during the session.

another reminder not to be too greedy with maxing out on bench.

also i did change my setup today (raising butt higher when unracking) which might have been the cause of my shoulder pain now
