Pig squat attempt. Went fine up to 170 then quit at 180 due to knee pain

my knee hurts so decided to do light squats, which turned into pig squats and i went way too far

knee hurt already with the bar, but if i use my glutes at the bottom it seems to help.

could do "lazy" squats up to 120. from 130 and up i had to start pushing explosively from the bottom

the 170 kg set hurt at the second or third rep, causing me to move weirdly.

dumped the bar after the first rep of 180
