Body felt like absolute shit when I woke up. Dog tired, stiff, random pain in my back and hip.
But I had planned a pb for today. Took 450 mg caffeine and a treo. Warmups felt like butter, best they ever felt. Had planned to do somr heavier doubles before my pb attempt but alteady felt confident after 160 so went straight at it. Was very hard, rounded on the last 3 reps, but I got it!

Technique felt better than ever. All I do is squeeze my glutes out to get into position, take the slack out of the bar and pull aggressively with my upper back.
