the good: finally pressed 90 kg again, the curse is over! also was close to getting 155x20, i'll get it on a day when i feel better
the bad: gave up on 155 after 20 reps

On 160 it felt like I had the strength for 20. 180 and 190 felt shitty, was crooked. Every rep with 155 was pretty slow and crooked but I was stupid to stop at 15.
Did 130 and walked out of the rack the other way so i couldnt rerack. Still dumped the bar after 21 but at least i got my 20 for the day. I def have 155 on a day where i feel stronger. Need to make sure I cant quit
