Zerchers easier than I thought. No pain in biceps but the bar rests on a nerve on my lower arm. Angling my hands to the side "thumbs up" helps.
Hack squat: need to slow down beforr i pass my knees and push hips forward, o/w i get stuck agaibst my hams
Conventional felt harder than hack and jeffersons
Sumo was blisteringly fast so def the easiest, but perhaps the least comfortable in the bottom
