basically 160x20 conv today but i broke it up into 3 clusters, with 30sec between each (the time from finishing the previous rep and starting the next)

that was neat but when i was going to go to bed, my right lower leg was numb. according to the following diagram it means I have hurt my S1/L5. i need to chill with deadlifts for a while. max 220 cheaty sumo and no rep maxes in either conv or sumo
