these block/rack pulls were done in a bit easier conditions than i've done before:
i used the same blocks, but i did 320x5 sumo on an oly bar and with oly shoes and a slightly more narrow stance, but with a belt.
i've done 300 conventional hook grip on the deadlift bar but with oly shoes,
and i've done a 270 conventional 18 inch deadlift (barefoot but standing on a blue eleiko bumper)
the height here is about 20 inches - right on my knee caps, but the bar bends so much it is essentially a rack pull
