I was having a lot of doubt last week about sumo and said I wanted to switch back to conventional until competition, I take that back. I figured out what I was doing wrong in the sumo that made it feel bad: I was sitting into it too much, which let to a start position which was too hard for me to maintain (and taxing on my hips). Now that I started a little higher today 210kg went up fast even after all that volume.
