Light day today was the plan. I felt better and better the closer the first workout got so I did a normal 80/85% day

I tried out hip Snatching/Cleaning today and it seems to make the bar hit the groove/spot in the catch phase better. Hip cleaning/snatching is when at the top of the first pull/start of the 2nd pull/hit phase you pull with your arms just a tad to bring the bar into the hip crease as opposed to high/mid thigh.

I'm going to see where this Hip clean/snatch takes me it feels a lot better than keeping your arms like ropes.

Handstand presses 3/3-5
One hand two arm chins x3/1-2
full squat snatch 60kgx3/1-2

The circuit was one of those ones where I try to do everything flawlessly, rather than going for volume or reps just get some good quality movement in.

Post workout shake

45grams whey/casein blend, 3 banans, peanut butter for soe flavour.
