This is the second day of the taper week.
I'm aiming for either 180 for 5-6 or 160 for 8+ reps this would bring me from a training max of 190 to around 205-210 so I'm going to warm up and see how it feels today.

I felt ridiculously good today. I wanted some more PR's after the squat so I just hit Pull Ups and Dips for as many as I could make. Pretty good results from this cycle so far. I've still got to hit a rep PR on frotn squats as well !
