Weighed 169 this morning. Stomach has been bad the last few days
Rested and caffeinated. I somehow tweaked my shoulder warming up and pull upd hurt so ill try to do upper body tomorrow hopefully

Deadlifts didnt feel as good as squats. Felt slower than last week. Probably could have gotten a third last Friday but oh well. Not sure if jts because if squatinf first or if my shoulder tweak inhibited it slightly. Still fine
