Tough session. Mentally and physically.

260 didn't feel too bad, but I just didn't have more than 3 in me. I was hoping for 3x3, but the last set was a goose egg. Pretty disappointing squat session.

Rows were fine.

I was hoping to hit 11x3 on push-ups, but 7 on the last set was to failure.

Meh.
