Not a great session, despite the squat PR. With company and a long day at work, I just didn't go into this one in the right frame of mind.

Squats felt HEAVY. Plus my forearm was really bothering me after attempting a nuetral grip pull-up at work. I managed to grind out the first 5 reps, but I didn't feel controlled and tight. I cut the second set short, as well as the third. I'll tackle this next time.

Rowing was no issue.

Got one more push up on the last set than last time. I'll repeat until I can get 11x3, then on to 12 rep sets.
