I'm tired of beating my head up against a glass ceiling on Starr 5x5. I'm either not training enough volume, or still too much, or some other unknown. I'll be away from the gym for almost 2 weeks around Christmas, and that usually means I lose 4 months of gains, so I am going to dabble for the next 3 weeks and take a phsychological break. I'll figure out what I want to do after the 1st of the year between now and then.
