TAI CHI / QI GONG DAY
Did some Tai Chi today prior to my workout. I think it helped me sustain my energy because shit, I barely ate any carbs this morning.
Had breakfast with Blaise amongst other homeless guests at St. Elizabeth's, and it was eggs (yum) and lots of pineapple.
Had a decent amount of carbs, if I guessed, I'd say 45-70g of it? But yeah. Enjoyed starting my day off this way, and exponentially increaasing that enjoyment via a free workout at 24HF sevenfold!
I walked downstairs into the gym area and with that "KNOW ME BY NAME!" attitude like I owned the motherfucker... but yeah. I wasn't lifting that heavy; let's balance this statement.


I got the opportunity to workout at 24HF Bishop st. today! Had a lot of fun.
Thank you to Alex, the associate who gave me the green light go and get it! Went in there due to a sign outside displaying "Free Body Fat Assessment."
I wouldn't have thought it would turn into a workout day today, and I'm so glad and thankful it did, baby!

Thank you to everyone who was working out there at the same time as I,
for no reason whatsoever, other than daddy being in a good mood :)

Today thus far, has been an interesting one. Thankful AF*.

I ate corned beef and a slice of supreme pizza from Costco outside the rest stop for post workout munchies.

Gonna do a few sets of decline-situps at Ala Moana in a couple hours as well.

Wow, it feels like a fuckin' dream. Did I really workout at a legitimate, reputable gym this morning? Awesome start to the day. Best Saturday thus far of 2019, even though that's not saying much.
