Went for legs, but due to a quadricep injury (lateral) that is worse than I thought, I have to take it easy and see how it recovers.

↑ warm-up, didn't feel right. So no squats and went for low impact activity

*after this training I've burned my left index finger.. so upper body will be a challenge too.
