that was a pretty decent week of training. getting back in shape after vacation to turkey, and passing my exams. going to try to gain some more bw. and get back to 84~ kg current bw: 80.5 kg
pre summer vacation max stats: 150 kg bench press, 230 kg squat, 210 kg deadlift. current max stats: 140 kg bench, 220 kg squat, 200 kg deadlift. got to give it all to get back up. Warrior
