Local powerlift comp at my gym. after having a shoulder injury for about 5-6 months and being unable to do squats/bench press/shoulder exercises

It didn't go too bad considering the injuries and all, and i still won
shoulder still isnt recovered fully so i'm gonna take it step by step.
My next meet is in six months and i'm planning to get at least a 650kg total
want to gain 20-30kg on my squat and at least 10-15 kg on my bench (which is close to what i lost prior to the injury)
