Meet day!!! warm ups were not that great since we went from deadlift to bench to squat and had to re-warmup after every attempt.
So overall made a LOT of volume from just warm up sets but it still went pretty damn great and i'm happy!
Ill try and add all the volume from warm ups some might be off cause as i said a LOT of damn sets.

↑ 3rd attempt went really slow on the eccentric part. Was a little bit of a grind but got it.



Overall it was a great day i got a 655kg total at 104.7kg bodyweight.
Bench could have been a lot better same for squats (tough my mobility has improved and i barely have any hip pain at all) but that's what i'm working on next.
I planned on getting at least 650 total and got 655 only with a different amount of expected weight per lift.
