Had no stress and a good night of sleep also weighed in pretty light considering i still weighed 106.5kg the night before.

Lowered squat opener from 215-210 after hearing about extremely strict depth calls. Unnecessary in hindsight.
Lowered bench opener from 175-170 for the same reason.

Ended up getting 2nd place at my first nationals! went 8/9 with a 677.5kg total and a 407.29 wilks!
