Left clavicle kinda painful while pulling, probably my trap, or sub-scap maybe? SHIT I FORGOT TO OVERWARM oh well. Doing the last set hook grip felt lighter than using straps somehow, but I definitely needed chalk. These are still off the 45# plates, I think I can try the 25# plates next time.
Later in the day it turned out to be full left trap agony, with some sympathy pains in right trap. EVERYWHERE HURTS.

Jump rope for HIIT, pushing 56 single unders per 20 seconds. Did single leg stuff for a couple internals, almost got a solid 20 seconds on the second one. Last interval I tripped up the rope TWICE in 20 seconds and kept going until I tripped again and only got like 89 meh.
