did a banded scap punch thing because after yesterday's foray into delts stuff my ribs felt 100x better today which leads me to believe that delts stuff makes my ribs feel better somehow

Did some depth jumps but instead of setting up a hurdle as I had planned (most effective at increasing vertical) I decided to try to touch the ceiling which had a noticeable effect of making me actually try. But with straight legs in the air it looks like I'm only jumping like a foot off the ground lmao.

Tried to do some banded woodchoppers but it felt like I was going to break the squat stand putting that much torque on it at a weird angle. Tried to do something with the Total Gym but it's at the wrong angle and I can't lay on my side without taking it off the track because I am fat and using only one handle makes it go all crooked or something. So I did
