Did all of these wrong--supposed to be more posterior chain oriented but I was not given that instruction, just "wide but not too wide". Going too wide hurt my hip. Also 45lbs is way heavier than I thought even though it is just the weight of the bar I definitely struggled to not hunch over WELP.
