"Okay." Could be tighter and snappier. On one of the earlier or warm up sets I felt something off in my left hammy, makes me feel like maybe I wasn't activating my left side as well as I should and my hips came up uneven. Something to try harder on.

Did an extra set on my left side tbh tryna be mindful that my left side isn't cheating to make shit feel as easy as the right side. I was doubtful that these would be effective at targeting imbalances due to how easy it is to cheat, and immediately after I was convinced that my right side felt like it got a better pump...but an hour later my left abs and quads were killing me and I can still feel it the next day so maybe I am not going to fall apart at it this time. I have to really focus on tucking pelvis, activating abs and glutes, and weight distribution plus coordination. It sucks.
