Time for the first round of "Is It a Strain Or Should I Keep Going?" I think it's pretty mild, and I kept going. I iced a bit after work and it feels somewhat improved the next day...we'll see how things play out this weekend I guess?
Is it just going to be impossible for me to pull from the floor without warming up my hips for 30 minutes? Do I want to even put myself through that? Should I just embrace that block/rack pull life?

I'll tell you what: my left heel keeps coming off the floor early and I don't think it's unrelated to what I did to my glute on sumo deadlifts even though it doesn't hurt. While this was the issue on a good number of reps, some of them were so bad I think I fell victim to overthinking/overtrying and it's probably time to bite the bullet and run position drills again LIKE A NEWB.
