These were solid af. Have been taking advice from Steph Powell’s IG posts with sumo tips and they have been helping--turns out my feet are pointing the wrong way UGH LIKE THAT’S NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM BEFORE. My left glute med was feeling just a little bit toasty when I went to shower after so I don’t really regret not pushing this further.
