Left hip still hurting during squat. Played around with different squat variations and exercises to see what I could do and finished with BFR Squat 135x20x3 with BFR Ham Curls on roller BWx12x3. Squats were done above parallel with pins set to prevent parallel or lower, where pain is mosly felt.
