This is a weight I plateaued at for a long time. Today it was a pretty good weight, a bit difficult. Did some form checks, trying to adjust grip width and position. Used to do a wide grip, currently doing a medium grip, but "just outside shoulder width" is about an inch from the knurl for me. No pain from the workout but some shoulder clicking. Did some research and potentially weak rotator cuffs or w/e. Should try exercises to strengthen them as I don't want a part 2 of my shoulder being borked.
