Felt good to gym again after so long, missed it. relaxes the mind. didnt get much sleep but wasnt really tired.
Muscles are weaker, since they are trembling when put to work, but luckily didnt lose much strength
Quite tired after gym, but quite satisfied. Managed to do my usual weights and did more exercises than i usually do in the 3 hour timespan (hopefully speeding up?)
Really surprised i could still pull the 80kg double on sumo's (yaye body)
